Di Hall, vice president of services, leads Bit9′s customer management and services activities from sales through implementation and ongoing support. She has 25 years of experience in both software product development and professional services, including implementing successful customer service, client management and software development programs. Prior to Bit9, Hall was vice president of operations and customer success for Web security software company Watchfire, where she led professional services, customer support and training initiatives. Prior to that Hall was vice president and chief operating officer at Viant, an Internet professional services firm. Earlier, she held senior management positions at Cambridge Technology Partners and Easel Corporation. Hall earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
